One tip that I think might help others with traveling Managers is learing the airport codes for the places they frequent. I find it is much easier to write down LGA instead of New York LaGuarida (see I can't even spell it hehe). This also prevents misunderstandings with regards to two or three airport cities. Here is a great website to help find the codes you would use.
