I haven't been posting in awhile as I have been considering retiring the blog. I will continue to write a few articles now and then, but have been spending more time on finalizing another book, giving webinars on minute taking and I would like to expand into other speaking opportunities where I feel my expertise can be used.
I will leave my blog up and running as there are over 400 articles that I want available to anyone who needs them, so please search the blog and I am sure you will find something or email me at patriciaannrobb@gmail.com with any questions you might have and I will try and answer them.

I was sorry to receive word you are retiring your Blog. I just found it and believe it is one of the best out there. Best of luck with your future endeavors.
Thank you for your comment. It's always nice to hear from readers.
As I mentioned, I will leave the blog operating so all the information is available to you and whoever needs it.
I will miss posting because I love writing, but I want to concentrate my efforts on my book, so just another way of sharing information. I think I've had a good run and was just reminiscing with someone today that I've been blogging since 2007. I went through my archives and noted my first post was in August 2007 called "A different kind of networking" about what I was hoping to accomplish from having a blog. I am happy to say that my goal remained the same and your comment confirms that I was successful in reaching who I wanted to reach, and that is other assistants! Again, thank you for taking the time to comment.

I am also sad to hear the blog will be retired - your blog saved my butt when I got my first legal secretary job when I had no experience in the feild and no one to train me. But, I'm happy to hear that you're working on a book and I'll keep an eye out for it. Best of luck!
thats s really sad news
Patricia,
I've loved your blog for many years and your admin wisdom has made it into many an edition of Administrative Assistant's Update newsletter to help our readers as well. I hope you do decide to do the odd article in the future - we'll definitely be combing your archives and of course, looking forward to reviewing your upcoming book! Please keep in touch!
